Semester/year exchanges (Non degree-seeking students)
In order to become an exchange student you must be enrolled at a partner university with which Arts et Métiers has an exchange cooperation agreement.
Non degree-seeking students coming for one semester or the whole academic year can take courses or carry our research projects.
Exchange students make an individual course selection of 30 ECTS credits per semester, corresponding to full-time studies at Arts et Métiers. The admission requirements must be met for each course.
Depending on your level of study and language proficiency, as an exchange student you can choose between the Grande Ecole Engineering programme and Master courses. You cannot combine courses from the two programmes.
If you are currently in your final year of the Bachelor’s degree you can apply for one semester or the whole academic year of our 2nd year programme which corresponds to the first year of Master.
If you hold a Bachelor’s degree and are currently in your 1st year of Master you can apply for a semester of courses or the whole academic year (1 semester of courses + 6-month internship) of our 3rd year programme which corresponds to the second year of Master
